NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday,
February 25, 2021, at 9: 00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan
American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining
sealed bids for the procurement of Redistricting Services from Holland & Knight located at 701
Brickell Avenue, Suite 3300, Miami, FL 33131.
This action is being considered pursuant to Section 18-85(A) of the Code of the City of Miami,
Florida as amended (the “Code”). Inquiries for this item may contact Yadissa Calderon, at the
City of Miami Procurement Department at (305) 416-1907.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the
proposed ordinance. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission
with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any
appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105)
