NORTH MIAMI COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD
MEETING
Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 5:30 p.m.
City Council Chambers-2nd Floor

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency
(NMCRA) will hold a Special Board Meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, beginning
at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 776 N.E. 125
Street, North Miami, Florida 33161. The Meeting will be broadcast live for members of the
public on YouTube/NoMi TV. The purpose of the Regular Board Meeting is to discuss, approve
or disapprove items on the published agenda concerning operations within the North Miami
CRA Redevelopment Area.
Members of the public are invited to attend the Board Meeting and provide oral or written
comments on the published agenda items. Any person not appearing in person and interested
in making comments or posing questions any items on the published agenda may do so prior
to the meeting taking place by email to publiccomment@north.miamifl.gov. Public comments
must be received by IO a .m. on the day of the Board Meeting in order to be read into the
record during the meeting. Emailed public comments and questions shall not exceed three
(3) minutes when read. Public comments received after the deadline will become part of the
record, but will not be read during the meeting.
The agenda for this Meeting will be available to the public on the City of North Miami’s website
at https://www.northmiamifl.gov/AgendaCenter/CRA-Agendas-13. The NMCRA Office can
also email a copy of the agenda to anyone who requests a copy at cragrants@northmiamifl.
gov or by telephone at 305.895.9839.
Pursuant to Florida Statute §286.0105, anyone wishing to appeal any decision made by the NMCRA Board
with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings and, for
such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes
the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, all persons who are
